Join Girls Leadership, experts in girl’s social-emotional development, to discover why and how middle school girls can benefit from getting outdoors. This evening of fun, education and inspiration will reveal the power girls develop from taking risks, getting outdoors and escaping the growing pressures girls face today. Learn how girls can build resilience and leadership when they are put in the driver’s seat of their personal adventure.
All participants will receive a free toolkit that guides a girl as she explores the edge of her personal comfort zone outside- whether that’s outside in a city park, at the top of mountain peak or learning how to ride a bike.
Event is free, but RSVP for all attendees (youth and adult) is required.
This interactive presentation is for girls, parents, educators, group leaders, coaches or other girl-serving mentors. Recommended for 5th grade and up.
