Who We Are:

Girl Advisory Board members are alums of Girls Leadership programs and want to make a difference in the world. They are in 8th to 12th grades and advise Girls Leadership staff on ways to improve and evolve programming to meet the expressed needs of all girls.

Girl Advisory Board membership is an 8-month commitment that begins in October. We are a national board and we meet virtually every Wednesday at 3:45pm PST/ 6:45 EST for one hour excluding holidays.

This year, the Girl Advisory Board will create a virtual conference for middle and high school girls and gender expansive youth, focused on mental health awareness. Board members build their leadership skills in weekly discussions, lessons on diversity, equity, and inclusion, working together on the change they want to make in the world.
