Girl Advisory Board

Girls Advisory Board

Who We Are:

Girl Advisory Board contributes to Girls Leadership programming through a teen perspective and personal camp experience. We use our skills, leadership ability, and empowered minds acquired from Girls Leadership to inspire the next generation of Girls Leadership participants.

Participation:

GAB is an 8-month commitment that begins in October. We are a national board and we meet virtually every Wednesday at 3:30pm PST/ 6:30 EST for one hour excluding holidays.

Project:

This year Girl Advisory Board will be focused on creating a virtual community for LeadERship club members, creating a social media presence, and building a foundational understanding to support the Girls Leadership organization. Additionally, board members will demonstrate their leadership skills with weekly discussions, lessons on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and working together on the change they want to make in the world.
