We believe that all youth deserve the opportunities and support to make their mark on the world. This training equips you to move them through that process. Help youth turn their values into action, and get involved in the things that matter most to them and their communities. With social-emotional learning (SEL) skills grounded in gender and racial inclusion and belonging, youth-serving professionals can nurture emotional intelligence, honor many forms of leadership, and support belonging for all youth, especially those who have been historically silenced.

In this 2-hour session, you’ll join other youth-serving professionals from all over the country to learn how to help young people recognize the impact of peer pressure in decision-making, and guide them in developing their leadership skills towards justice and action. To close out, we will uplift examples of youth-led engagement to inspire you in your work.
