Vicki Hertlein

Educator

Vicki is thrilled to be joining the Girls Leadership Educator team. No stranger to GL, Vicki has served as the Summer Camp Guidance Counselor for the past two summers. In her “regular life” Vicki serves as the Director of Personal Development Programming at The Ursuline School in New Rochelle, NY, an all girls school for grades 6-12. There, she is fortunate to teach the GL “Girl Meets World” curriculum to all of the middle school and loves seeing the girls use their tools in real life situations. Vicki has been a school social worker for over seven years in both NYC and Westchester County and has always had a passion for educating girls. Additionally, Vicki spent time living in Latin America and had the opportunity to facilitate a girls empowerment group at an orphanage in El Salvador. She holds a master’s degree in Social Work from UPenn. Known for her extra-loud laugh and her ability to power-walk in heels, Vicki is also an avid (questionably obsessive) tennis fan and enjoys reading, iced-coffee, and great meals with friends and family. Vicki is grateful to be a part of the year-round Girls Leadership team!
