Tirien Angela Steinbach is the founder and principal consultant of Bridgeforth Consulting, helping organizations and leadership to align their mission, vision, and values with their practices, policies, and personnel. With over two decades of experience as an attorney, executive director, administrator, and educator, Tirien specializes in implementing core values of belonging, accessibility, justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion. A graduate of Berkeley Law School, Tirien’s career includes pivotal roles such as staff attorney, clinical supervisor, program director, and executive director of the East Bay Community Law Center, the community-based legal clinical program for Berkeley Law. She has also served as the chief program officer for the ACLU of Northern California and as the associate dean for diversity, equity, and inclusion at Stanford Law School. Tirien’s consulting work is informed by her extensive background in law and social justice, where she has overseen significant legal and advocacy programs and has been a prominent voice in advancing equal opportunities, access, resources and outcomes for all.
