Solvay Metelmann

Residential Counselor

Solvay was born and raised in Belmont, Massachusetts yet she spends most of her year in Minnesota as she is currently attending college at St. Olaf in Northfield, Minnesota. She is pursuing a degree in social work and psychology and hopes to work in a psychiatric hospital after her graduation in 2020. She has been a competitive swimmer for 11 years and is a member of the St. Olaf swim and dive team. In her free time you can find her outside exploring Minnesotas cold terrains or spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs Poco and Chloe. After spending 3 summers at Girls Leadership as a camper herself Solvay is thrilled to be returning as a residential counselor to work, learn, and be inspired by the next generation of awesome girls!
