Patricia Pugliese

Patricia is a native New Yorker who has worked in all five boroughs with at risk youth and their families. With over 15 years of experience in the field of youth development, Patricia is passionate about making services equitable. Patricia created and implemented a multi-cultural after school program with an enrollment of 200+ school age children for a comprehensive human services agency in Brooklyn. While employed with the Police Athletic League (PAL), Patricia was able to focus on leadership development and coaching as a Field Director. In addition, Patricia co-chaired PAL’s Training & Development Committee where she helped restructure the agency’s professional development model. Patricia is a seasoned trainer and facilitator in the youth development field.
