Monique Shields, Founder of Seven Pines Leadership, is a women’s leadership coach who believes that the foundation of powerful leadership is trust, and that real trust is earned through a leader’s ability to be vulnerable and boldly connect with the people around them. Monique leverages her executive experience and over 7 years of professional training as a coach and facilitator to help her clients define their impact by speaking their truth. In addition to her coaching practice, Monique is a Facilitator at the Stanford Graduate School of Business for Women in Management. The mission of Girls Leadership represents precisely what Monique works to create in the world.
Prior to launching Seven Pines, Monique was Director of Coaching and then the Director of Partnerships at Joyable, a mental health technology startup in San Francisco. She has also coached hundreds of MBA students from the country’s top business schools as a Consultant with Jumpstart Advisory Group, an organization that connects diverse talent with top tier corporations and before this she led projects and administration within various operational roles at Greenhill & Co. an investment bank in New York City.
