Leigh Fisher Savar is a dedicated mother, community activist and philanthropist.
Leigh spent more than a decade at Strategies for Wealth, a New York based financial management firm, focusing on helping families protect their assets, maximize their wealth and build their legacy. In 2012, Leigh left her firm to focus on family and pursue a lifelong passion in philanthropy and community service.
Leigh began her career as a manager at The Berkshire Learning Center, a residential facility for adolescent boys with psychiatric and emotional disorders. She has since held active roles in organizations such as: Lighthouse for the Blind and UJA Federation of New York. She currently serves on the NY Regional Board of Girls Leadership and is a member of the PA Board at The Packer Collegiate Institute where her daughter attends school.
Leigh received her BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and her Masters in Social Work from New York University. A native New Yorker, Leigh currently lives in Tribeca with her husband and daughter.
