Kimberly was born and raised in the East Bay and loves everything California has to offer. She attended the University of California, Davis where she majored in Psychology and Communications and was very active with her sorority. She began her career selling group tickets to baseball games as a tool for nonprofits to build brand awareness and fundraise. After connecting with a variety of nonprofits, she decided to follow her passion and work directly for a nonprofit to help raise lifesaving funds for the American Heart Association (AHA). Kimberly wore multiple hats for the AHA but her favorite role was working with women in the Bay Area on the Go Red For Women campaign. In this role, she increased both individual donations and corporate sponsorship through innovative ideas and expanding the network of volunteers. She is excited to continue the powerful work of Girls Leadership and looks forward to building lasting relationships with parents and young girls across California.
Outside of the office, Kimberly enjoys going to Oakland A’s games, spin classes and exploring new areas.
