Kendrick Vaughn is Senior Counsel at Google LLC, where he serves as the legal lead on corporate finance matters and assists with corporate securities and governance matters.
Bringing nearly two decades of legal experience in corporate securities, governance, and finance, he previously led the securities and capital markets legal functions for Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation, a subsidiary of Caterpillar Inc., and began his career as an M&A and securities associate at Bass, Berry & Sims, PLC.
Mr. Vaughn is deeply committed to the mission of Girls Leadership, Inc. As the proud father to an 11-year-old daughter with whom he lives in the Dallas metropolitan area, he is personally invested in ensuring that young women have the confidence and skills to exercise their voice and become effective, empowered leaders.
Mr. Vaughn received his J.D. with distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and a B.A. summa cum laude from Fisk University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
