Ms. DeLucca is the Founder, Managing Principal and Chief Investment Officer of Kingsland Capital Management, an investment management firm with $2.1 Billion of Assets Under Management.
Kingsland’s primary focus is management of high yield, leveraged loan, distressed and mezzanine assets. One of the few female entrepreneurs on Wall Street with a career spanning over 25 years in the debt capital markets, Joyce is considered to be one of the leading credit and risk analysts in the business.
She makes regular guest analyst appearances on CNBC and Fox Business News. Prior to founding her company in 2005, she held senior level managerial positions at Katonah Capital, Chase Manhattan Bank, and Fisher Brothers.
She currently serves on the Board of Girls Leadership, a not-for-profit organization that focuses on teaching girls the skills they need to be leaders in their communities. She received a BS from Ithaca College and her CFA Charter in 1993. Joyce lives in Manhattan with her two daughters.
