Hilary Chen is a restaurant professional with an extensive background in strategy, operations, and financial management. She has merged management consulting skills honed during her tenure at Bain & Company with in-depth experience from working hands-on in restaurants. After training at Le Cordon Bleu culinary school, Hilary cooked in and managed kitchens at leading restaurants in Los Angeles. Following that, Hilary joined Vine Solutions to provide financial and operational guidance to over 20 restaurant clients in Southern California. Most recently she was responsible for the daily performance of five different restaurant concepts and over 400 employees as Director of Operations at Rustic Canyon Family of Restaurants. Hilary graduated with a BA, First Class Honors from Queen’s University in Canada and an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. She currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two children.
