With 20+ years of experience in culture change and leadership development, and over 13+ years of management experience at Catalyst, Dr. Deepali Bagati has instituted sustainable organizational change solutions across a range of industries—professional and financial services, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, consumer goods, and technology. As a member of Catalyst’s executive team, she shared collective responsibility for strategic planning and operations management. As Executive Director, USA, she led Catalyst’s largest market, across 350+ member companies from the S&P500 and F1000. She was also the executive lead for Catalyst’s Asia-Pacific region. She previously led the global expansion of Catalyst into India and managed a CEO-level advisory board, and also led Catalyst’s Inclusive Leadership Initiative, an effort to innovate, productize, and scale solutions. Leveraging her extensive research and consulting expertise, Deepali empowers CXOs, line leaders, and talent professionals with solutions to build inclusive cultures and high performing teams. She is a sought-after speaker and facilitator and has published research, courseware, and guides on inclusive leadership, gender/race/ethnicity, and diversity and inclusion strategy. Deepali serves on the NY Board of Girls Leadership, and on the Advisory Committee of Women in Power, a program of 92StreetY. Deepali graduated with a Bachelors in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, and received her Masters in Social Work from Delhi University, New Delhi, India. She received her doctorate in Social Work and Social Research from Bryn Mawr College, Bryn Mawr, PA.
