Dr. Deepali Bagati

With 20+ years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) work including culture change, inclusive leadership, metrics, team-based coaching, stakeholder engagement and communications, Dr. Bagati has instituted organizational change and leadership solutions across a range of industries consumer goods, technology, professional and financial services, pharmaceuticals, and oil and gas. Leveraging her extensive research, consulting, management, and coaching expertise, Deepali empowers CXOs, leaders, and talent and communications professionals to create, sustain, and amplify a culture of innovation and inclusion. As a lead partner for the DE&I practice at Brunswick Group, Deepali advises clients on DE&I risks and opportunities and how to maximize impact and engage key stakeholders. In her prior role, as a member of the executive team at The Medici Group, she ensured robust strategy and operations, talent development, and standardization of systems and processes to scale. She also led Client Success, managing a high performing team to deliver enterprise-wide solutions including team-based coaching. At Catalyst, she was a member of the executive team and led Catalyst’s largest market—USA and APAC—approximately $7m in revenue across 350+ supporter companies from S&P500 and F1000 companies. She led the global expansion of Catalyst into India and managed a CEO-level advisory board and launched Catalyst’s Inclusive Leadership Initiative. Deepali is a sought-after speaker and facilitator, nationally and globally, and has published research, courseware, and guides on inclusive leadership, gender/race/ethnicity, and global diversity and inclusion. She is on the NY Board of Girls Leadership and Advisory Committee for 92Ys Women in Power program. Deepali holds a PhD in Social Work & Social Research from Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania and a Master’s in Social Work and Bachelor of Economics from the University of Delhi in India.
