Dottie Guy is a Virginia native and currently calls Oakland, CA home. She served in the Army National Guard and was deployed to Iraq in 2003 as a military police guarding detainees. She’s active in the veterans’ community and currently sits on the board of several nonprofit organizations that cater to underserved veteran populations.
In her free time, Dottie enjoys traveling, sustainable fashion, spending time with her friends, and the occasional shenanigan.
