Cora joins Girls Leadership with fifteen years of experience creating residential environments that allow young people to explore their multiple identities and flourish on college campuses. She has worked on several different campuses including Cornell University, Stanford University, and most recently the University of California, Berkeley. Through her work in Higher Education, she has developed and taught courses that focus on identity and community development. Cora is a member of the American Camp Association.
She believes community is a powerful social change tool which drives her passion for creating transformative residential experiences. This passion was sparked by her own camp experience as a child. Cora earned her undergraduate degree from Elmhurst College in Accounting and graduate degree with a focus on Higher Education from the University of Arizona.
