Coni served in various business analysis and strategic planning roles at Borden Foods, Kraft Foods and Franklin Mint (US and Japan). Coni holds a BS in Business administration from the University of Delaware. Since leaving the workforce in 1992, Coni has devoted her time to her family and to community service.
Coni was a member of the founding Board of Girls Leadership and in addition to her current board service for Girls Leadership, Coni serves on the University of Delaware President’s Leadership Council and Bridges Outreach advisory board.
Coni lives in Summit, NJ. Prior to living in New Jersey, she and her family lived in London, England, and Tokyo, Japan. Coni is an avid cook and baker. She is a nascent jewelry maker and designer.
