Cimone Satele was raised in a large Samoan family by multiple caregivers, including by her grandparents, Moana and Asenati Lu’uga. A self-professed data nerd, Cimone is a skilled program evaluator with 15+ years of experience conducting program evaluations, leading data analyses, and directing evaluations for organizations with an intentional social justice mission and a drive to create an inclusive and safe environment for all.
She is passionate about issues of equity, and is dedicated to supporting change makers through data-driven decision making processes as the Director of Research at Change Cadet, a change management and organizational development consulting firm that offers a broad array of services in support of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace.
Cimone holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of California, Berkeley, and a Master’s degree in Sociology from University of California, Santa Cruz.
