Carly McCollow is thrilled to use her background as a teaching artist and educator towards Girls Leadership’s critical mission. Carly also has been a professional theater-maker, a youth mentor, an advocate, and a facilitator of all kinds. She has worked with children, youth, adults, and elders in a wide variety of settings domestic and abroad, and there is nothing she loves more. Carly is currently finishing her Masters in Social Work from Hunter College, and received her BFA from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts where her work focused on collaborative, community-based theater and storytelling. She remains strongly connected to her Midwestern family, and loves her life in New York with her artist, activist, and helping friends. Carly loves cheese, sunshine, laughter, and witnessing the human experience. She is honored to join the Girls Leadership team of SuperWomen.
