Callan Bount Fleming

Callan Blount Fleming is the founder and CEO of Spark Collective, a leadership development firm and consultancy. She is also the founder of Tablestakes, a platform that accelerates your career through personalized coaching, in five minutes a day.

Callan is a mom of two, founder, ICF certified coach, facilitator, and speaker (SXSW, Women’s Venture Summit, HeyMama Summit, Tide Risers Global Summit) with more than a decade of experience in developing executives, organizational design, equity and inclusion, and leading women-centric communities and initiatives. Spark Collective also has a unique expertise in helping companies create the best conditions for parent employees, supporting from the highest levels of policy creation to training managers, and coaching parent employees.

She has worked with thousands of leaders in innovative organizations, including Hungryroot, GoodRx, the International Day of Purpose, Chief, and Tide Risers. Callan has coached leaders at Wharton Business School, Teach for America, Discovery Inc., Twitter, Vice Media, and more. She is an alum of Teach for America, JPMorgan’s Private Bank, and Educators for Excellence. She and Spark Collective have also been featured in Working Mother Magazine and Thrive Global.

Callan graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Religious Studies and earned a Master’s in the Science of Teaching at Pace University while teaching 7th grade math with Teach for America. She received her executive coaching certificate from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership, and is certified by the International Coach Federation. She lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband and two young kids.
